ADVENTURE WEEK (November 5th-9th)
Let’s run (FOR FREE)! Get off campus and hit the trails Tuesday in Antoine Peak Conservation Area. All skill levels, speeds, shoe colors, and hair styles are welcome with beginner and intermediate options. We will be departing campus at 3:30pm and returning in time to refuel at dinner!
Join us at 3:00 p.m. for some toprope climbing at a local Spokane climbing crag! No experience is required and we will provide all of the necessary equipment. We will provide basic instruction for those who are newer to climbing and can offer challenge and learning for those with more experience ! We try to be back to campus between 6:00 and 6:30!
Banks Lake Climbing
November: winter is in the air… Snow is starting to fall in the mountains… Everyone’s getting ready for ski season right? Wrong! Join us at sunny Banks Lake for some late season toprope climbing! We expect to leave early in the morning on Sunday and arrive back on campus in the early evening.
You thought fly fishing was only a summer thing? Think again: Grab your rods and warm coats and join us on the Spokane River for a little after class fly fishing! All skill levels are more than welcome and if you could bring your own fly rod, flies, etc., that would be great but if not we can easily set you up with the necessary gear. We will be meeting in the office at 2:10pm, and will be back on campus by 5:30pm.
